There are way too many blow-jobs in mainstream porn. Who is enjoying this?

But, more seriously, there’s a lot of really messed up porn out there. People can get off to whatever they want, but the coprophagia market isn’t one I feel that needs to be catered to so much. (And oh my god is it catered to.)

I think pornography can be a very valuable thing – aside from merely being a stimulant – as it is a form of visual art, or at least it is when treated well.

But it’s very clear that is primarily an industry geared towards male satisfaction. The gender imbalance is massive, and although there are people working against this, they’re going to continue to do what makes them the most money.

So how do we dispense with this? I doubt some kind of boycott would topple the porn industry, and since so many people get it for free online, there isn’t even much of a financial path to do so.

And, does it even matter? It’s one of the world’s biggest industries, influential without being respected.
Are there any forms of stimulation that are just over the line in your view? I tend to believe that nothing that doesn’t hurt anyone else should be barred, but one could argue that rape simulations and other such acts can lead to trouble.
